Rossborough executive attains a diploma in insurance

Steve Mendes, who works in the Private Clients team, achieved his Diploma through three years of study and nine individual exams. The course provides a firm grounding in insurance fundamentals and advanced technical knowledge, ensuring holders have the means to function effectively in a challenging environment. Mr Mendes had previously completed the Chartered Insurance Institute's Certificate in Insurance, and can now use the designation Dip CII after his name.A new business executive at Rossborough Insurance has completed the Chartered Insurance Institute's Diploma in Insurance, a technical and supervisory qualification for insurance staff working across all sectors of the industry.
Rob Hewlett, director of Rossborough, said: 'All of us at Rossborough are immensely proud of Steve's achievement. Mr Mendes added: 'Each exam took at least 100 hours of study, so I had to make some big sacrifices outside of work hours. I have learnt such a lot that I am able to use in my everyday working life, for the benefit of my clients. I am really grateful for the brilliant support I have received from Rossborough and am proud to work for the only Chartered Insurance Brokers on the island.'
