Steve is an Associate of the Personal Financial Planning Society and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate including the specialist G60 Pensions qualification.
	Mike Larbalestier Mike is a Director of Rossborough Financial Services Limited. He specialises in a range of investments and has over 23 years of Investment Management experience in both the UK and Jersey. Mike is qualified as a Fellow of the Securities & Investment Institute (FSI).
	Charlotte Guillaume Charlotte is a Director of Rossborough Financial Services Limited. She specialises in the management of Group Final Salary and Money Purchase pensions and related Group Life and Permanent Health Insurance schemes. Charlotte is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate paper G60 Pensions qualification.

He has over 20 years of insurance experience within various senior roles across the industry. He specialises in Health Insurance and other related services such as Dental, Occupational Healthcare and Employee Stress Lines.
