I had been a longstanding client of Rossboroughs for motor
insurance, and it was when a friend recommended them for
property/contents cover that I was introduced to their Private
Client team. I wasn't aware that insurance brokers offered
such a dedicated service separate to their regular offering;
it's similar to banks offering private banking over and above
their retail services. At Rossboroughs they co-ordinate all
my insurance requirements under a dedicated relationship manager,
rather than having to go to the motor dept for car cover and a
separate dept for your house etc.
My relationship manager has made life much simpler when dealing with insurance
matters, and there has also been the benefit that she has interacted with the
underlying insurance companies on my behalf, whereas before it was left to me to endure the complexities of making a claim. She has also been able to access bespoke cover, rather than having to put up with an off the shelf product. I have been very impressed with both the range of services and level of attention given to me by my relationship manager. Please keep up the good work…

Ever thought about cutting out the middleman (or woman)? Well don't even consider it. Our own experience over the last few months has made us realise that it is money well spent.
When we received the water bill last September there was a moment of panic when we saw that our domestic water consumption had tripled but with one quick call to Laura at Rossborough's (Private Client's Manager) all our worries were over. Within an hour we had tradesmen on site finding the leak and not long after had a loss adjuster and surveyor appointed.
5 Months later we are about to move back into our home. The repair costs have reached six figures but thankfully, due to the diligence of Laura, who regularly checks that we are fully insured they have all been covered.
Rossborough's recommended we insure through Insurance Corporation (a local company) who have been excellent. Our home has been taken apart and put back together with total professionalism and absolutely no quibbles.

One hears so many stories of poor service and worse from brokers and insurers, but I have to say that we have experienced precisely the opposite over the years of both Rossboroughs and the insurers with which they have placed our business. New cover has been arranged as required, at reasonable rates and with minimum or zero form-filling - in one instance this year by email within minutes; and claims have been handled promptly, with no fuss or argument. I really cannot speak too highly of their service.
