The awards, taking place at the Royal Yacht Hotel in Jersey on 18 June, honour the outstanding achievements of those who are passionate about people management, development and organisational wellbeing. Local businesses have been invited to enter and have their personal and organisational achievements celebrated in style.
The awards give everyone in Jersey the opportunity to reflect and be proud of their efforts to make their organisation a better place to work for the most important asset for any business: people.
The Rossborough Healthcare sponsored category will recognise organisations that have demonstrated a clear link between initiatives to support employee health, wellbeing, and mental fitness business objectives, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
