Rossborough Healthcare Int’l Limited  have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our growing team as a Health & Wellbeing Manager to further develop Rossborough’s Health & Wellbeing brand both within Rossborough and to its external clients across Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the UK.

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

· Develop Rossborough Healthcare’s offering as a strategic health and wellbeing partner to its clients, supporting other parts of the business to secure the long term retention of clients as well as unlocking potential new client opportunities

· Develop Rossborough Healthcare Health and Wellbeing brand (physical, mental, financial) that can be used across all areas of the business, both internally and externally 

· Help to support the client deliver their health and wellbeing strategy, from one-off events, communications  / literature to overall delivery of the strategy

· Coordinate / manage ongoing client relationship in respect of their health and wellbeing requirements

· Develop and manage relationships with local wellbeing practitioners across all jurisdictions

· Proven ability and confidence to conduct presentations to clients  as part of retention as well as for new business

· Competent to understand claims trends in order to help shape further health and wellbeing strategies

· Assist with arranging, co-ordinating and attending insurer and corporate seminars and events

· Provide progress reports to the wider Healthcare team relating to statistics, progress and updates of the health and wellbeing brand and initiatives  

Key skills / experience needed are:
·         Excellent written, presentation and oral communications skills to deliver confidently and effectively to a variety of audiences
·         Ability to adapt and juggle tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines
·         Full understanding of confidentiality / data protection and the use of discretion when managing clients and associated health related queries
·         Knowledge of Health and Wellbeing strategies and initiatives available on the market
·         Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft packages

To work pro-actively as part of a team providing a quality service to ensure effective day to day maintenance and servicing of both new and existing Personal Insurance business in line with individual and departmental targets, within a busy environment.

The role will include answering incoming calls from clients or dealing with them face to face, to provide quotations, adjustments and handle renewals.

To promote and cross-sell additional insurance applications and services to clients.

Key skills / experience needed are: 

Good effective oral communication skills, to include an excellent telephone manner and ability to construct good written communication (letters and emails).

Able to demonstrate close attention to detail and accuracy.  Work well within a busy team environment.

Rossborough Insurance – Guernsey:  Account Handler (Commercial Insurance)

Job profile:

To work pro-actively and effectively as part of a busy team providing a quality day to day administration service for our clients on behalf of the Account Executives.

The role will include creating renewal documentation, handling any mid-term adjustments and designing new quotes for our clients and 

to record and input data accurately onto our system quickly to ensure client records are maintained.

To meet client needs by ensuring cover is in place by the renewal date identifying potential alternative quotations before producing reports.

To assist with day to day Insurer queries for clients’ policies and assist clients with queries relating to existing policies.

To liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies and confirm cover with relevant insurers,

process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required.

Key skills / experience needed are: 

A good working knowledge of general insurance products, services, classes of insurance including underlying legal principles

Knowledge of client market and insurance industry network (commercial/corporate, professional indemnity, D&O and FI) would be an advantage.

Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and must be well organised and able to prioritise workloads and plan ahead.

Rossborough Insurance – Guernsey:Receptionist & Accounts Support 

Closing date: 29 November 2019

Job profile:

To work diligently within a busy environment, to provide a complete efficient, courteous and professional customer service at all times to all visitors to the office ensuring an excellent first impression of the Company, whilst providing accounts and banking support to the relevant office teams.

To answer incoming calls (screen calls and deal with routine queries) and ensure messages are forwarded to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.

To keep the reception area clean and tidy and assist with decoration during festive periods.

To maintain switchboard in respect of messages for the answer machine during bank holidays etc, pick-up groups, speed dial numbers and other similar functions.

As necessary to assist with the opening and delivery of post which arrives during the day to the office (date stamp and distribute to departments as appropriate).

To sort and frank the outgoing post as necessary according to policy and procedures.

To accept and internally deliver and / or arrange to send courier mail/parcels.

To undertake general administrative duties, filing, maintain archive files and records or prepare routine correspondence in relation to the smooth running of the reception.

To assist with staff entertainment / corporate events when appropriate (issue certificates and carry out general administration).

As appropriate or requested to do so, arrange meeting room bookings for both visitors and management.

To book staff travel (flights, trains and hotel bookings) as necessary in accordance with policy.

To book taxis on behalf of clients and staff who are going on business travel.

Ensure confidential material is shredded.

Under instruction, order the office stationery and office furniture as required.

To chase / follow-up accounts for invoice payments as necessary

To process payments from clients and carry out cashiering and banking duties ensuring records and procedures are correctly followed.

Key skills / experience needed are: 

To have a good level of communication and customer service skills to deal politely and patently with clients, visitors and colleagues.

Ability to work on own initiative as necessary whilst also being a pro-active team player.
