• Email: travel-queries@axa-assistance.co.uk - Be sure to enclose a copy of your policy certificate and mention within the body of the email that your claim relates to a travel product arranged on the DOA SunWorld, B2C, or OST platform.

When completing the online claims form, under Travel Insurance Brand please choose DOA from the drop-down box.
