CIPD Jersey conference: 8th-12th February 2021
Rossborough Healthcare and Rossborough Financial to speak at industry event
Rossborough Healthcare and Rossborough Financial are once again supporting the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) Jersey’s conference, providing speakers at the event. Taking place virtually, a series of free online events will be held throughout w/c 8 February and Rossborough will host two sessions throughout the week.
At 10am on Wednesday 10 February, Steve Warner, Managing Director of Rossborough Financial Services Limited, and Richard Clarke, Managing Director of Rossborough Healthcare International Limited, will discuss the importance of employers maintaining their employee benefit arrangements during the pandemic and beyond, looking particularly at income protection, death in service cover, private medical and dental insurance.
Steve and Richard will look at how employers can look to get the most out of these policies to help support their employees, as well as exploring what can be done to help employers manage the cost of these benefits to help ease the financial pressure on their business as we navigate our way through next stage of the pandemic.
Then at 12pm on Friday 12 February, Kim Davies, Corporate Health and Wellbeing Manager and Richard Clarke, Managing Director, both of Rossborough Healthcare International Limited, will discuss the importance of having a Health and Wellbeing Strategy in place and the key elements of a strategy during COVID-19 and beyond.
Kim and Richard will discuss key areas that employers must focus on to support their employees fully during this turbulent time and they will also explore how actions now can link to a wider Health and Wellbeing strategy ensuring that employees remain supported and engaged post COVID.
Both of these topics are ones which we know resonate with our corporate clients and the Rossborough speakers are looking forward to sharing their expertise, best practice and opening the conversation with attendees.
