Rossborough 2020 mile challenge
Supporting good causes in our local communities
Back in May, we launched the Rossborough 2020 Mile Challenge which challenged our staff in each island to clock a combined total of 2020 miles of exercise to raise money for our chosen charities.
Whether our staff went for a daily bike ride with their family, a walk, run or swim, every mile counted towards raising money for worthy causes across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Our chosen charities for this year across each island are Craig’s HeartSong Foundation (Isle of Man), Mind Guernsey, Jersey Women’s Refuge and Macmillan Cancer Support Jersey.
After weeks of exercise and plenty of scenic photographs shared along the way…we’re thrilled to have taken part for our chosen charities – thank you to Gallagher who will be kindly doubling our total amount raised. We hope our staff enjoyed taking part in the challenge – not only was it a fun way to raise money for good causes, but the daily exercise was great for our staffs’ physical and mental wellbeing during lockdown too.
