At Rossborough, we aim to provide a consistently high level of service, but we recognise that sometimes things may not go as expected.
If you’re unhappy with any part of our service, we want to hear from you so we can put things right as quickly and fairly as possible.
How to make a complaint

What happens next?
When you submit a complaint, we promise to:
- Try to resolve the issue informally and confirm the outcome in writing
- Ensure your complaint is reviewed fairly and independently by a senior team member
- Acknowledge your complaint within five business days
- Respond fully within four weeks, or update you on progress if we need more time
If we’re still unable to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, we’ll explain why and guide you on your next steps.
Still not satisfied?
If you feel your complaint hasn’t been resolved after our internal process, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the appropriate Ombudsman service.

Taking your complaint to an ombudsman does not affect your statutory right to take legal action.
