Celebrating our 2026 Rising Stars nominees

Voting is now open for the Jersey Finance Rising Stars Awards, and everyone at Gallagher is delighted to once again support the Rising Star in Insurance, Pensions and Risk Advisory category.

This year, we are especially proud to be celebrating two outstanding nominees from across our business, Tina Taylor and Jay Gosselin, who have both been recognised for the positive impact they make within their teams and for clients every day.

Tina and Jay both embody those qualities through their day-to-day work, their approach to colleagues and the care they show to clients.

Tina Taylor, Senior Broker

Since joining Rossborough, a Gallagher company, in December 2023, Tina Taylor has quickly become a highly respected member of the Personal Lines team. Known for her calm and dependable approach, Tina consistently delivers excellent service whilst also supporting colleagues during busy and demanding periods.

Tina is widely recognised within the team as someone people can rely on. She regularly helps guide colleagues, supports newer team members and maintains a reassuring presence when handling complex or sensitive situations. Her professionalism, empathy and growing technical knowledge have made her a trusted point of reference across the department.

Alongside her client work, Tina also plays an important role in maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture. Her willingness to step in and help wherever needed, combined with her composed and solutions-focused mindset, has earned huge respect from colleagues and leadership alike.

Jay Gosselin, Senior Client Relationship Manager

Jay Gosselin joined in July 2025 and has already established himself as a highly valued Senior Broker within the Jersey Private Clients team. Recognised for his maturity, technical expertise and calm approach, Jay consistently delivers exceptional support to clients.

A key strength of Jay’s is his proactive and thoughtful approach to client relationships. He takes time to understand changing circumstances and works closely with clients and insurers to ensure they feel informed, reassured and well supported. His professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure have helped him quickly build trust with both colleagues and clients.

Jay has also shown strong leadership qualities since joining the business. He is known for his willingness to support colleagues, mentor junior team members and bring calm structure to busy situations. His collaborative mindset, reliability and ability to step forward when needed have made him a hugely valued member of the department.

Voting for the Rising Stars Awards is now open, with winners set to be announced at the gala awards ceremony on Friday, 3 July 2026 at the Royal Jersey Showground.
