Celebrating Paige’s success

We are thrilled that Paige McDonald has become the joint winner of the Insurance Institute of the Isle of Man’s Young Achiever Award for 2026.

This prestigious accolade celebrates emerging talent within the insurance sector. It honours individuals who display outstanding expertise, dedication and an ongoing commitment to professional growth. Paige exemplifies these qualities, making her a truly deserving joint recipient.

This is also the fourth year that one of our team members has received the award, after Tom Collins (2022), Beth Tasker (2024) and Jennifer Freeman last year.

Private Clients professional

Paige joined the Private Clients Aspire team as a Broker in November of 2024 and has made fantastic progress in just over a year, settling in quickly and establishing herself.

She particularly enjoys interacting with clients and improving her knowledge base around insurance which includes her pursuing the Chartered Insurance Institute Cert Level II, having already completed the first level.

Paige has acknowledged Beth as an amazing mentor. Beth is advising and supporting her along the way, in particular on learning the regulations and rules of insurance in general.
