Why LEAP?
The LEAP programme is more than a week-long experience. Through mentoring, real-world challenges, and pitch presentations, young women are encouraged to think big, step outside their comfort zones, and develop real confidence in their ideas and abilities.
For many, it’s the first time they see themselves as entrepreneurs, CEOs, or changemakers. By sponsoring LEAP, we help provide the resources, mentorship, and environment needed to inspire these young leaders. We also see it as a two-way investment as we learn from the fresh perspectives and creative energy that LEAP participants bring to the table, energy we saw at the Gallagher session we ran earlier this week.
