We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Private Clients team in Jersey.

About this role:
As a Private Client Broker, you’ll play a key part in helping high-net-worth individuals and families protect the things that matter most, from cars and homes to art collections and more.
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team, with the tools and training you need to succeed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, helpful advice to clients — in person, by phone, and by email
- Quoting for new policies and making changes to existing cover
- Handling client documentation with care and accuracy
- Building trusted relationships that encourage loyalty and satisfaction
- Supporting your team in meeting targets
- Cross-selling additional products and services that may benefit the client
- Following company procedures and regulatory standards at all times

What we're looking for
You don’t need previous insurance experience, just a willingness to learn, a professional attitude and strong communication skills. We’ll support you as you work towards the Certificate in Insurance and further professional development.
Key skills and qualities:
- Friendly, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work well under pressure and without constant supervision
- A positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a team
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams
